Thank you for your interest in Park Montgomery apartments. Park Montgomery is a general occupancy community for individuals, families and seniors. The community consists of 141 apartments, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes.

Income Limits

Park Montgomery offers affordable apartments for rent. Income guidelines may apply to some apartments. Total household income will be reviewed and verified for occupancy in our community. Please reference the income limits below to see if you qualify.

Applications

Applications are available online. To apply online, please click here to create an account. If you are unable to apply online for any reason, please contact our leasing office at 301-439-4446 or parkmontgomery@enterpriseresidential.org to schedule an appointment. One of our leasing professionals would be happy to assist you.

As part of your rental application, Enterprise will run a criminal check, sex offender check, credit check, landlord references, verification of income, verification of assets and other resident selection criteria on all persons in your household age 18 or older.

To process your application, you will be charged a $25 application fee per adult ages 18 and older per household. This is a non-refundable fee. The application fee covers costs associated with processing including, but not limited to, credit checks and criminal background checks.
