ECD Resident Services' WFD team has partnered with NCIA to offer tuition-free, in-person career training programs for eligible Maryland Enterprise residents. Programs include Automotive Repair, Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), and HVAC/R.

Training is designed to help residents build hands-on skills that lead to employment in high-demand industries. Participants can also earn milestone incentives throughout the program while gaining industry training.

Training Schedule:
• In Person Training
• Monday – Friday
• Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Start Date: April 6, 2026

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a Maryland Enterprise resident
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a government-issued ID
• Must be a SNAP recipient or eligible
• Must complete the application process
